We decided to take our kids on a last minute trip for their fall break and found this place last minute. It's a beautiful Condo, located in a great area with great views. Our kids enjoyed their stay and the owners will really kind and helpful. We would love to come back again.

My stay at Tacoma 45, right across from Purgatory Resort, was pure Colorado Magic! The weather seemed to dance with my energy—first sun, then rain and hail, followed by a double rainbow 🌈 over Purgatory! The condo itself was cozy, peaceful, and perfectly placed for anyone who wants to experience stillness and adventure. The view of the slopes was incredible, and the rain on the roof made in into a retreat for the Soul. I loved how close it was to the slopes and trails, but far enough away to feel private and restorative. The place was spotless, the bed was perfection (I slept so well on the mattress that I didn’t want to leave ) and the kitchen was perfect for me to cook perfect meals. This place carries an energy of renewal. It’s where nature reminds you that after every storm, the light returns —and sometimes it shows up as a rainbow 🌈 Definitely staying here again possibly in a few weeks.

Super nice place and the host was very accommodating. Surrounded by mountains so the views are awesome. It's about 30 min from Durango but there is a convenient store a mile away. Very conveniently located to access the Million Dollar Highway, which is a bonus for motorcycle enthusiast. I highly recommend staying here.

I cannot say enough great things about this condo and our stay at Purgatory Resort! The unit is absolutely spotless, beautifully furnished, and truly feels brand new. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered—from the modern kitchen with everything you need, to the cozy living area with a fireplace that made it feel like a true mountain getaway. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and waking up to those stunning mountain views was unforgettable. The location couldn’t be better. Being right at Purgatory Resort meant we were just steps away from all the activities, restaurants, and scenic trails. It was the perfect blend of luxury and convenience. Check-in was seamless, communication with the host was excellent, and we felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay. If you’re looking for a pristine, comfortable, and stylish place to stay in Durango with unbeatable access to the slopes and scenery, this condo is it. I’m already looking forward to booking again on my next trip!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The space was immaculate, clean and the furnishings were so fitting for the area! The host went above and beyond for us! Would 110% recommend and will also be planning to come back again one day!

it's always a risk staying at a new place with no reviews- but glad we took the risk. Great communication, location, and digs. the home was well stocked for our groups overnight stay. Clean accommodations and basic amenities for one night. Don't hesitate, it's a great spot.

If I could give a 7 stars I would. Usually I'm always expecting less when I book a bnb but Tacomas place was just as pictured - It was better. the balcony was huge and the view from the balcony was so calming. Loved the overall set up of the place and it just felt comfortable. I was in the area for work and after a long day it was great to just melt in the bed and pillows which felt clean and so cozy (thats really important to me). it had a wierd "they put/chose this bed with tired folks in mind". It just felt so good to sleep and feel rested every night! The kitchen was packed with everything I needed. I cook most my meals so I enjoyed that. Having a washer dryer was ✨️ too. I am looking forward to booking again and trying out their 3 Brdm spaces with my friends.
