Please review the following rules before and during your visit: RESORT AMENITIES ✅ Pool, Hot Tub & Gym – included in your stay. 🚐 Free Resort Shuttle runs daily from 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM. SAFETY & CONDUCT 🚫 Do NOT wear ski or snowboard boots on the stairs. Please use the provided benches at ground level to change shoes. 🚫 Do NOT climb on railings or rocks. ⚠️ Snow can be deep! Please watch your children at all times. ⚠️ Be cautious of falling snow and icicles from the roof. 🐻 Do not feed wild animals. Be bear-aware when hiking and carry bear spray. 🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the unit or common areas (balcony smoking only where permitted). 🔊 Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and fellow guests. PARKING AND ACCESS 🚗 One vehicle per unit is allowed in the designated lot. Additional vehicles must park off-site. 🔑 Do not share lockbox codes or access cards with anyone outside your reservation. UNIT RULES 🧊 Please keep wet gear (skis, boards, boots) in designated areas. 🧺 Use provided hooks and racks for drying clothing and gear – do not place wet items on furniture. ♻️ Dispose of trash and recycling in the bins provided. My stay at Tacoma 45, right across from Purgatory Resort, was pure Colorado Magic! The weather seemed to dance with my energy—first sun, then rain and hail, followed by a double rainbow 🌈 over Purgatory! The condo itself was cozy, peaceful, and perfectly placed for anyone who wants to experience stillness and adventure. The view of the slopes was incredible, and the rain on the roof made in into a retreat for the Soul. I loved how close it was to the slopes and trails, but far enough away to feel private and restorative. The place was spotless, the bed was perfection (I slept so well on the mattress that I didn’t want to leave ) and the kitchen was perfect for me to cook perfect meals. This place carries an energy of renewal. It’s where nature reminds you that after every storm, the light returns —and sometimes it shows up as a rainbow 🌈 Definitely staying here again possibly in a few weeks.

If I could give a 7 stars I would. Usually I'm always expecting less when I book a bnb but Tacomas place was just as pictured - It was better. the balcony was huge and the view from the balcony was so calming. Loved the overall set up of the place and it just felt comfortable. I was in the area for work and after a long day it was great to just melt in the bed and pillows which felt clean and so cozy (thats really important to me). it had a wierd "they put/chose this bed with tired folks in mind". It just felt so good to sleep and feel rested every night! The kitchen was packed with everything I needed. I cook most my meals so I enjoyed that. Having a washer dryer was ✨️ too. I am looking forward to booking again and trying out their 3 Brdm spaces with my friends.
