Perfect location directly across the street from the ski resort! Easy to find, close parking, clear directions, matches the description & photos. Will definitely come back next time we’re in the area!

I had an excellent stay at Tacoma 45. Location to Purgatory was great, the condo was spotless and comfy with a modern flair, access was easy, and the host was excellent and communicative. I hope to stay there again in the near future.

We loved it, it’s close to the ski resort and had access to the resort amenities. Everything was clean and brand new. The only thing to keep in mind if you are a picky sleeper, the beds are really hard. Overall I definitely recommend this place to stay.

The studio apt was worth the price. The studio was quite except for the patio being on Hwy 550. Otherwise, it was brand new with new appliances, granite counters, a nice bathroom, heated floors, and a super nice blow dryer. Despite its small size, 2 people are quite comfortable. The mattress on the bed was a Posturepedic mattress and was quite comfortable. And the surroundings were amazing. You can see Engineer Mountain from the patio, and it was a fantastic view. Purgatory Ski Lodge was right across the street. In addition, the host was very attentive. There was an issue that came up, and they took care of it right away. This was an enjoyable stay! I will rent again the next time I pass through the area!

We decided to take our kids on a last minute trip for their fall break and found this place last minute. It's a beautiful Condo, located in a great area with great views. Our kids enjoyed their stay and the owners will really kind and helpful. We would love to come back again.

My stay at Tacoma 45, right across from Purgatory Resort, was pure Colorado Magic! The weather seemed to dance with my energy—first sun, then rain and hail, followed by a double rainbow 🌈 over Purgatory! The condo itself was cozy, peaceful, and perfectly placed for anyone who wants to experience stillness and adventure. The view of the slopes was incredible, and the rain on the roof made in into a retreat for the Soul. I loved how close it was to the slopes and trails, but far enough away to feel private and restorative. The place was spotless, the bed was perfection (I slept so well on the mattress that I didn’t want to leave ) and the kitchen was perfect for me to cook perfect meals. This place carries an energy of renewal. It’s where nature reminds you that after every storm, the light returns —and sometimes it shows up as a rainbow 🌈 Definitely staying here again possibly in a few weeks.

Super nice place and the host was very accommodating. Surrounded by mountains so the views are awesome. It's about 30 min from Durango but there is a convenient store a mile away. Very conveniently located to access the Million Dollar Highway, which is a bonus for motorcycle enthusiast. I highly recommend staying here.

I cannot say enough great things about this condo and our stay at Purgatory Resort! The unit is absolutely spotless, beautifully furnished, and truly feels brand new. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered—from the modern kitchen with everything you need, to the cozy living area with a fireplace that made it feel like a true mountain getaway. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and waking up to those stunning mountain views was unforgettable. The location couldn’t be better. Being right at Purgatory Resort meant we were just steps away from all the activities, restaurants, and scenic trails. It was the perfect blend of luxury and convenience. Check-in was seamless, communication with the host was excellent, and we felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay. If you’re looking for a pristine, comfortable, and stylish place to stay in Durango with unbeatable access to the slopes and scenery, this condo is it. I’m already looking forward to booking again on my next trip!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The space was immaculate, clean and the furnishings were so fitting for the area! The host went above and beyond for us! Would 110% recommend and will also be planning to come back again one day!
